Warning! I do not recommend this company! Found out a couple months ago that I've been ovecharged $14/mo for nearly 2 1/2 years for a dual receiver I never had, when a technician came over to connect another tv but was unable. Spent hours on the phone from one person to the next. They never called back nor refunded/credited my account. I called again today for them to resolve the issue and after another hour wasted (gave them the receiver ID #s etc.) was told by the "tool exception" dept that it was my fault I didn't check my statements and I needed to return the receiver I never even had! I asked to have my service disconnected for absolute incompetence and then was told I needed to return the receivers to the company but they weren't going to refund the overcharge! And they still charged me for the tech visit on top of that! ( How utterly stupid!!!

(Note: Category should be Satellite Co, not theaters) A "rep" from the DISH "Office of the President" informed me they would NOT credit NOR refund my account for the overpayments for the past 2 1/2 years but would offer me a $14 "discount" for the next 24 months. I declined--sounds illegal to make a customer stay on another 2 years to recover the money they were overcharged with in the first place due the company's own negligence--and, I no longer care to continue with such egregious lack of incompetence & customer service! Informed the rep to cancel my service permanently. So, today I get an email with next month's billing statement!!! Called again and wasted more time...DISH refuses to/"can't" credit my account for $392 they owe me, but of course wants all their equipment returned at the customer's expense. The representatives at the "Office of the President" can't do any more to resolve issues than the entry level customer service rep so I don't recommend wasting valuable time attempting to explain reason and basic customer service to them. Plan to report the company to the BBB, Attorney General's office...
