i jsut built my new house in Maine and was trying to get a Dish service since there is no other cable lines in my area. What a struggle. to put it lighly.

I scheduled a time for them to come and hook me up... remember they ask you to be home between the hrs of 8-12 or 12-5. they called me 21/2hrs into the 1st appt and told me they had to cancel things happen

2nd time Dishnetwork employee was at the end of my driveway trying to figure out where the address is. Note: I specifically told the the operartor to have the Tech call me prior to coming, described the 550 ft long driveway, told them it was a Brand new house, there is only 2 houses prior to the next road intersection, thought Yes thought it was enoug information for them to get to... Let a lone a 4 x 4 sign right next to the entrance that a horse could read with the address on it.

A very Rude lady from Colorado was on the phone with me telling me that the driver cant find the house. I looked out and seen the driver and told the operator that he was at the end of the drive way and have him pull in.... he took off...... the Very Rude operator Bluntly said You need to go get him...." What"

Finally a 3rd appt was set.. yes third but it gets better people.... so waiting around again 12-5 the Dishnetwork Tech shows up at 445 pm.... wow.... doesnt leave the house til 830 pm..... way too long.. for two satelites and two receivers...come on..... the Tech only got one receiver to work and all channels to work... other one he gave up on.. he was having trouble setting it up... and said they would have to reschedule to come out and fix it since his support service wasnt helping him out...

it was running when he left. (one reciever).....I flew out that morning to where I work (DC) came home the following weekend and NO service....requested another Tect to come out..... waited 12-5 again... they show up 415 pm....

a different Tech showed up and had to re adjust everything and on the work order ran out of room on the paperwork of all the mess ups from the first clown.
again the TV was working (both now) for a couple of hrs. When wouldnt you know RS 0000-00836-9973 comes onto my screen.... What the /....

again I call for a service call...and they want to charge me... Itell them take the charge and .... it

This is a span of 6 weeks now... back and forth...

now the 4th visit......of a different Tech..... also... the weather DID NOT play any roll ...once again.... RS-0000-000-38347-83487comes onto my screen after 20 minutes watching...

the span of 3rd and 4th time was 30 days since I came back home

The customer Service Personnel NEED CUSTOMER RELATIONS TRAINING THAT IS MANDATORY everytime you call they give you a I.D. number... only one was worth talking to out of 20 that I dealt with... 3XO

the rest I'd Fire Immediately

so when I flew home March 14 th... and no service I had enouhg of this circus . I spoke with them and told them I would not pay any bills what so ever .... and come and get the equipment... they send boxes you pack it and you ship it.. I said fine.... send it.... its July 12th people I havent seen the boxes..... Guess what else.... I havent paid the 195.00 there requesting... nor have they sent the boxes after (yes) me calling Again for them...

this was back in April....

Now I get a call twice aday from 1866 8492438 a automated calling service...
is this Brad C..... if this is BRad.. .... please call .....blah blahhh blahhll

Yes twice aday 8am and 730 pm....thats what I call harrassment... they can take the 195.00 of s... service and stick it where the sun dont shine.

I even called the Manager in Hermon Maine and asked for him... his partner answered and I left a message with him to call me .... Did he call back... Hell no....

Thats my issue with Dishnetwork.... They Suck
