Today my bank called with an automated message to inform me that there were fraudulent charges being taken out of my account. Turns out it was dishnetwork taking unauthorized funds out of my account on two seperate days Sept 2 and Sept 3 in the combined amount of $91.95.
When I called dishnetwork today(Sept 4) I spoke to Kimmie who was extremely rude and nasty to me, she said even though I spoke to someone who cancelled my account due to dishnetworks inability to work with me to get a technician here, she kept telling me "it is all your fault" over and over again.
I feel I was descriminated against because I am a senior citizen, I feel violated, and I only recieve $750 a month in social security and this money was a huge chunk of that and there are bills I will not be able to pay this month now.
Just another case of senior abuse.
