Ditto music is worthless. Took my money to create a record label, and place a single on several online retailers - then did nothing. Townsend in Liverpool will stroke you as long as you allow it, responding to your e mails with non-specific promises of perfomance until you demand a refund. Then they will stroke you about refunding your money until they finally stop answering e mails and you'll have to try and go through your credit card company to chargeback the money these lying thieves stole. And if they want to get on here and try and claim this is a hoax, I'll post their d**n e mails and my CC statement so don't call me on it - or I'll expose you for the liars you are.

There have been no 'lies' here - merely 3rd party failure which we were not given a change to explain.

Your release was held by iTunes due to the way you named it. We fixed this for you and it is still with Apple to approve it.  Ditto did all we could in this.

Your PayPal receipt email was deleted by our support ticket system and we are still looking into this.  We did not receive it therefore could not act. In the meantime you put in a dispute which ties our hands anyway.

We have 50,000 happy customers world-wide and 7 years of accolades.  Sometimes 3rd parties make mistakes and these are out of our control, all we can do is apologise on their behalf and try and compensate you - if you let us.
