Diversified Collection Services Broke the Law Pleasanton California

They contacted my employer today and spoke with the person answering the telephone was not part of accounting/payroll. The company divulged personal information to someone who was not authorized to receive this information. The person who was not authorized to have this information was informed that they were going to garnish my wages and who should they send the paperwork to. Now the office knows that my pay is going to be garnished. I have tried to work with these people numerous times without resolution. I just spoke with them a couple of days ago and working on a resolution and then they call and tell the office they are garnishing my wages.
