DCI has by far the most corrupt, and abusive management of any employer I've ever worked for. The Management team will use any means to keep its employees Productive. in my opinion DCI should be shit down based on its unethical treatment of employees, not to mention the extraordinary amount of FDCPA violations.

I was employed at DCI from 8/2012-01/2013. Initially I was excited to be apart of the Grand opening of DCI's second location. About one month after the opening I realized the "Honeymoon" was over. Management became more like a team of drill sergeants.

Assistant Manager Adam Felty, Supervisor Kyle Horn, and Supervisor Blair Something were the main culprits. I've personally been in several "meetings", where a red faced Kyle Horn has scolded his team for underperforming. Also I attended an office wide meeting in which Adam Felty essentially warned "A lot of you are going to be fired before Christmas"

There are absolutely no Attendance Guidlines in place. You could be fired for being absent twice, and the person sitting next to you could have missed 6 days in the same time period and not even be written up. DCI uses favortism, and production when deciding who to terminate. These tactics are used to scare the employees into coming into work even whemean employee has a legit reason to be absent.

FDCPA. If DCI was fined even $1 for each FDCPA violation at their oregon office alone, they would go bankrupt. During training I was repeatedly order to hang up on customers (at DCI they call them debtors), and that's just the tip of the iceberg. wrong numbers are called 100's of times before they are removed from the calling list

All-in-all, DCI should shut down Without question. Any place where the employees are scared sh*tless for 8 hour a day 5 days a week at least deserves to be investigated.

Eric I am confused you would right this as you were on Adams team.  The same man who laughs when he fires someone.  Yells at them in front of everyone.  Tends to play games (head) with all the ladies.  He constantly has someone giving him a back rub or fetching him food.  Oh wait you proably work just like him

Or maybe you were so stoned you didn't even know what was going on.  Drugs were available and had by most, I indulged a few times.  The smell of "mary" was like a air freshner

And they do tell you to hang up, my supervisor would even go as far as say don't call if credit score was at a certain level and he to would say hang up.  They would say "Florida" wants this and then have us do the opposite.

And favorites, oh yes they have those as most companies.  However attandance was the worst.  Some people would be so sick but scared to call in while others would be out saying they are sick but talking the next day about there hang over.  And of course if you were from Florida or the choosen ones there were the parties.

And who can forget people given fee so they would be in budget.  One girl on your team I never firgued out how she ever made her goals, she was always walking around, oh wait she was a back rubber.

My name is Erik Olson and I have been working for DCI in Oregon since they opened up the west coast office in August of 2012. These claims are outrageous. Since I have worked with the company I have seen nothing but the up most professionalism. The supervisors are up beat, motivating and always there for anyone who needs help. I think who ever wrote these comments must be a immature disgruntled ex employee who would rather dwell the great job they had then move forward. I plan on being with this company for as long as they will have me because of how they treat us employees.
