I found this company on Craigslist, bad mistake right there, but because we were on a very tight budget, paying for everthing ourselves, I decided to look them up and check them out. Nothing negative at all about the company so I said ok why not. My biggest mistake was paying in full before the service was rendered. Advice, dont pay in full before because then you are stuck with what you pay for. This company is cheap but its because they do crappy work. For a full 8 hours (only stayed 4 hours - left before we did) and my wedding video is less than 5 minutes long. I was told 4-6 weeks to turn the product over. I recieved mine 4 months later. After several attempts of contacting them I only recieved about 300 pictures and over half of them are dark, blurry or are of useless stuff (my husbands butt and feet) our heads were cut off in pictures and none of the scripted photos were not taken (I had an itenerary of what I wanted and time frames) When I confronted the company it took over a month to recieve a response saying that it was in the spam folder.
