Diving Lady Pools Of AZ , Blue Haven Pools ,Blue Hell Pools Peoria Arizona

Contracted a $43000 pool on March 31, 2006. We have a hole in the ground. It should have been completed by July 25th. They didnt even excavate until 6/19. The pool has flunked the City of Glendales pre-gunite inspection. The heater has not been installed or plumbed, the equipment is half a**ed onto a pad and is not level or plumb. The pool is not the original layout that we wanted and is two feet wider than its supposed to be. A beach entry turned into a great big wide step and one of the bench seats at the north end of the pool is missing altogether.

Numerous leaks have been detected in the plumbing. The plumbers (mexican laborers) attempted to install a siphon valve from an uphill run. I've never known a plumber that didnt have his own hacksaw ! I had to loan him mine.

The pamphlet they give you titled "14 Steps of Happiness should be retitled" "140 Steps of Misery". We have gone through 3 coordinators, that dont coordinate anything with the customer anyway and we are on our third pool superintendent who also happens to be the construction manager. These people are supposed to keep you informed, what a joke. If you want to know something you must call them better yet go to their offices and start screaming. They do not return phone calls !

The General Manager of Blue Hell Pools told me there are 50 pools in the valley under contract to Blue Haven with the same problems that I am having yet they continue to sell, sell sell or better put ripoff the public.
