In 2003, I was a successful Systems Admin for an Engineering Company and also rode as a PT Motorcycle Escort Officer. Then one day a female Admin Assistant who was being transferred to another city met for drinks on the Friday before being relocated. She asked if she could follow me home afterwards. To make it short, the DNA turned out positive. Then I discovered that it was planned because she had two maxed credit cards, new car payments and was being evicted so of course she demanded money. Before the child was born, I was in a terrible motor vehicle accident (my second serious- 1st one in 1978 I was in a coma for a week and hospital 3 months), where a gal ran a red at a high rate of speed and both vehicles were totaled and I was knocked unconscious. I saw around 7 specialists for my multiple injuries that I discovered were degenerative in nature. I was busy trying to stay employed working with limitations and seeing doctors up to 5 times/week in addition to work. I paid the female (by the way- she now is going on number 5 (FIVE) all by different men- playing the system) what I could at the time $3700 and she lied about it to DCS and it took me 5 years to get credit and the burden of proof was on me. I submitted partial medical records to DCS and informed them of the accident, and they just ignored and returned the items with a sticky note stating that it was too late and the support order had already been entered and nothing could be done.

 My medical became worse over time and my position was terminated unjustly. I was ordered by DCS to still pay $711/Mo for 1 bastard child. What a racket. I also paid for COBRA as some of my medical was not covered by insurance from the accident. Needless to say, resources ran out quickly and the settlement from the accident was no where near what I was led to expect. My medical became so bad that I had to concede that I was indeed disabled and filed for SSD. The criminals at DCS still took anything that I had including bank accounts, drivers license (I am unable to walk, sit or stand for times due to neck and back injuries that are documented), 401k, etc and had left me without any means to pay for continued medical. Without being able to see doctors for my injuries, Social Security kept issuing "unfavorable decisions" where I had to appeal every time. Now it is at the point where my only means to appeal is to file a Civil in District Court. I have found a Free Health Clinic who has been treating me, but the doctor came straight out and said that after this length of time, my body was as "healed" as it is going to get and there was nothing he could do better than that which the specialists I had seen could do. So he put me on AntiDepressants and BP Rx's. I am in a world of hurt and only getting worse.

 Now to top things off, I have spoken with a couple of attorneys who were willing to take my case on a contingency basis, that is until they learned of my unjust back "support" that I had/have no way of being able to pay being in 24x7 pain, vertigo, etc. They informed me that just recently the Supreme Courts passed a law stating that they could even intercept payments to attorneys who represent clients for disability. What a criminal racket. I am in no condition to represent myself pro-se since when I am in pain, and due to TBI memory and concentration are diminished. At the time of this posting, I see no hope at all and am considering writing a very nasty letter to SS in Virginia. I now see why others have gone postal!!!!!!
