D'lish Franchise Group Noodles Development LP, Chris Evert Todd Welker Scottsdale, Arizona

The owners/operators of D'lish Franchise Group/Noodles Development LP are crooks.  Doing business with Chris Evert, Todd Welker, and Matt Hale should be avoided at all costs.  From just a couple of web searches, it's clear that they have done a lot of shady things, and now, classify me as one of their victims. 

Nothing But Noodles is a franchise run by the crooks at Noodles Development.  I can't comment on how they've run that business, but I'll let the other reports speak for themselves.  They tried and failed to create a franchise of restaurants/candy shops called D'lish (www.itsdlish.com).  They hired my company to do the signage for their location in Utah.  From the beginning, they kept putting the squeeze on us to come down in price.  Once we did the job, they never paid.  Just weeks after opening, they were either closed or evicted from the mall location where they were at.  I spoke with the mall management and they didn't pay their lease in the mall.  Apparently, they didn't pay any of the other vendors for the fixtures and/or equipment in the restaurant.  They owe me $6,400.  We're scheduled to obtain our court-ordered judgment in just 1 week.

When we've made any attempts to collect, they've acted very unprofessionally and immaturely.  Chad Evert appears to believe he's a savvy busines, when in fact, he's just a prima donna.  He has no remorse and will have no hesitation in screwing you over to make a dollar.  Avoid any dealings with Chad Evert, Todd Welker, Matt Hale, and Nothing But Noodles, D'lish, and their managing companies, Noodles Development and D'lish Franchise Group.
