"Mr. Wilson,
This is regards to the cancellation and refund of my account; my reseller ID# is *hidden*. I contacted Doba on August 22, 2011 and spoke with one of Doba's representatives; by the name of MJ. While I was speaking with her I requested that she look at my account history and make sure that I was eligible for a full refund of $299.00; as long as I met Doba's terms and conditions of logging in Doba at least (4) times a month and did not recoup the membership fee I would be eligible for a full refund. MJ requested I call Doba back on October 7, 2011. Now I call Doba on October 4, 2011 and spoke with 2 other representatives from
Doba; either Jarine/Darine and Lisa <- whom I spoke with twice, they both told me that I am not eligible for the refund since the terms conviently "changed" back on October of last year 2010; which I was not informed of by MJ. This being stated as a customer I expect a full refund (money be given back) and have my account closed. I feel that I was given the run around, lowballed, and lied to. If Doba has any decency they will honor these requests. I expect a phone call at *hiddent*
today, or I will notify the Better Business Bureau and have Doba investiagated on how they handle their customers. Overall I am very disappointed with the pricing that Doba offers (trial pricing differs from acutal account pricing) and feel that I was just a "number" to Doba. Sincerely,John C."

POSTED: Wednesday, October 05, 2011Thank you for sending your letter. I reviewed your account and situation and understand your frustrations and concerns. Before I address the refund, I wanted to provide some clarification on a few items. Back when you first enrolled in the annual membership, we did not offer the Money Back Guarantee. The MBG was implemented a few months after you signed up and was set in place for new members from that point forward. This is what Derin and Lisa were trying to address. So normally, you wouldn't be included on the Money Back Guarantee. However, MJ offered you that option when you called into customer service in August. MJ was newer to the team and must not have been aware of implementation date of the MBG and to which customers were originally offered this option. With that being said, I am going to stand by of what MJ provided to you. I checked your logins to see if you qualify for the MBG and you have logged in the sufficient number of times. I have gone ahead and processed a refund of $299 today October 4, 2011. Please allow 1-5 business days for that refund to post to your account.
