I subscribed to Nancy Richards website which claims to provide information on dog training...using new training techniques etc. There is NO information apart from very basic general dog training that one could see in any vet's surgery.

I requested a refund of $39 as web access is not possible for most of the time. Nancy Richards promises a full refund if you are not happy. I am certainly NOT happy! No reply to my request to date.
