The Dollar agent at the counter asks if you want insurance. You reply that you do not want insurance, since your are covered by your own insurance.
They ask you to sign a screen, telling you that by signing the screen you are denying insurance coverage and are liable for damages.
You come home to find you are charged on your credit card an outrageous amount for insurance that you did not want. Apparently they take your signature from the screen and put it on a computer generated bill that you have never seen that has the charges for the insurance.
This is happening nationwide. Google Dollar rental car scams and see how many other vistims are out there. Imagine how many more did not report on line...
