Hello I am an employee at store #10330 Seviereville Tn or was until 11/24/09 when the manager emailed me at home and told me she would schedule me for next week but had to be with someone else. So i emailed her back and told her not to schedule me cause if the manager cant work with you then how would I be able to work for her. Anyway this is whats going on with this store and Patty Warner manager. This mostly started when we were accuised of haveing an afair and i said i wasnt sexualy attracted to her. I had emailed her and asked her what i should do about work cause some said i was takeing their hours and they been there longer then me. She didnt address this problem but instead went into personal problems. Patty is always asking me about my personal business and wanting to know things. I asked her why she keeps wanting to know about me but not say anything about herself. Thats why she got mad and said I would have to work with someone else. They are always trying to get employees to share their personal life with them and then talk about them and make fun of them behind their backs. I have witnessed them doing so. They make fun of Kate because she is a innocent young girl raised in the south that was not raised to be that way. She doesnt know a lot of things because of the way she was brought up and she is pregnant. So they get her to tell things then share it with others and laugh about it. Eva was sick and had diareah and had an accident on herself. So Patty had to make sure everyone knew about it and talked about how bad she was stinking. It was nobodies business. Her and Marylin try to get other employees to join their fun and if they dont they talk about them like dogs. Then she talks about Marylin like that behind her back also. Betty was hired, she is an elderly lady Pattys best friends mother, and she is unable to lift or stand on a stool or do anything hardly manually. So Patty and Marylin gripe and talk about her all the time behind her back and telling other employees about it. Patty refuses to let my wife who is assistant manager step Down from her position. My wife Teresa wants no part of what they do and they treat her like dirt because of it. Patty says Teresa cant have assistant manager pay, so she is doing this job at the same rate 1 of the cashiers is almost makeing. Teresa and Liz have been there longer then anyone else at that store, but because they wont be a part of their games they are treated like dirt and as outcasts. Teresa was hurt at work sunday when a box fell on her head and jammed it into her chest. She was unable to report to the nurse and go to the hospital because Patty once again was out of town and no one would come in to cover for her and she had to close the store in that condition. So she lied to the hospital the next day and told them that she did it at home so it could be paid for. her vertbre is crushing against her spinal chord and her face is still hurting. she was unable to work tues. because of this and still out till fri. or longer.and is suffering in pain still. i hurt my back stopping a fight in the store and am takeing therapy every week because of it, but again that could not be reported and had to turn in to my insurance. i got cut on my thumb by a razor knife and was told by Patty i am a first responder they wont stitch that. I am a diabetic and the cut is 1 1/2" to 2" long to the bone and is still not healed bled for 3 days and have a knot there, a scar and hardly any feeling in it. now i suffer with it. her husband Tim Warner had to cut an employees Clay hours Patty said so she lets him work at our store also. Now all of our hour got cut and he is still working both stores. She hired 2 more girls and gave them more hours then the regular people. She says the DM said to do the hour cutting. There are 12 employees there now. She says our DM Patty Price does not know what she is doing and neither does our new Regional manager. Talks about them like trash all the time. And the company. There are plenty of witnesses to all these things I am saying whether or not they will tell you is another story. I am tired of the way they are doing employees because they wont play there games. Patty and Marylin are always talking about sex and makeing comments. Patty came up to me and asked me why her left boob always gets dirtier then her right does. She asks if she has a nice butt. asks are you looking at my titties. whistled when i bent over. always some kind of sexual comments and she squeezed my butt in the break room at a small birthday party for 2 of the girls Tammy and T. . But this is sexual harrasment. you always warn her before comeing to the store so you never see what is going on. the emergency exit is usualy always blocked with rolltainers and trash. the pop shelves are unstable and are overloaded and wableing. the biggest laundry detergent shelver are zipped tied to keep them together because they were falling. you have to get on step stool to see them. there are uneven size shelves in some places sticking out to get hung on. lots of items in food section unmarked. lots of items put where the dont go. Unstable clothes racks. She even had me do floor cleaners 1 time and I found out that it was supposed to be a management type person to do so, not me. I signed my name to the work order so wont be hard to check that out. Patty is aware of these store problems and ignores them. Patty always says after they leave i will change it back my way. Told my wife when they are there to say we are divorced. we were told by Patty that Leonard at that time regional manager said we could work there as long as she "Teresa" was not the only boss on duty at that time. Pattys sister Rose works there, Marylins daughter was working there. My daughter and her husband was working there and now all of a sudden its wrong again. That store is a public safety hazzard at this time. If you would come in and not announce your comeing especially truck day and after you would see. Everytime I ask Patty something she goes off on me and threatens i will work another part of the store. She cant work with me. Patty and a manager from Newport went after an employee from her husbands store because they were supposed to be messing around and were going to beat her up. This is just some of the drama and treatment that goes on at that store. there is plenty more to be told, like her leaveing store for personal business and not comeing back, giveing keys to employees who shouldnt have them. you must give good vacations cause she takes enough of them. She makes Teresa work all evening and middle shifts now. Doesnt switch weekends around for employees. Touch some of the shelves and things fall off the other sides. floor stacks everywhere. many bad things go on here. But its her way or the highway, and i have to chose the highway cause of the stress and depression she is causeing me with this. my doctor keeps trying to put me on depression meds now. I have the email sent me from her saying she dont want to talk to Teresa and she will schedule me next week but not with her. and can send picture of my thumb as it looks now and have copy of Teresas ct scan from the hospita and am accuireing the written report. This is not a good business practice the way things are done, employees getting hurt and haveing to suffer to keep safety reports down so dont look bad. I will never be able to remove my scar or regain feeling back in my thumb and my back and hip are messed up for life, but now is my problem to suffer with. need anything else i can give more. They have their own club and if employees dont join they are crap to them and the butt of their jokes. I am now both physicaly and mentaly scarred from these events. She emailed me and said the she thinks this happened because we were getting too close and it wasnt good for either of our marriages. I made it plain to her I did not see her that way. Now because of this I am out of work and going to lose my truck. I didnt want to send this yet while my wife works there, but she is harrasing my wife. She keeps telling her that she misses me and wishes I would call and come back and she would never have had an affair with me, of course not because I wouldnt do it with her. So I called and she didnt want to talk to meat that time and would call me at home. She is blameing me for the stock not getting out and the store being behind now. I have that in a email from her stateing this also. That shows who was doing the work there "Me". She stated that there will be no call and no job for me in this email. She sent that email this morning. She called my wifes phone on Nov. 30, 09 and left a voice mail telling her that if she did not call her she would take her off of the schedule and that she had no reason to be calling Mariyn cause she makes the schedule and they were supposed to be friends. And she is just so upset about it.This was on my wifes day off from work and schedule was already made. Marilyn called my wife to see how she was doing and my wife returned her call. We saved the voice mail on her phone. She is going to try to make my wife quit and do things to her while she is there after you get this. Which she is already doing anyway. I am meeting with the labor board because she wont leave us be and all the sexual herassment. Thank you so much for this messed up experiance in my life now. Edward A Neff Dec. 04, 2009

I agree that what is going on is not right but after spending a year and a half on workers comp I would strongly urge you and your wife not to lie about getting hurt at home when it was actually at work. if you or your wifes conditions worsen over the years YOU will be responseable for the medical bills. If you report it correctly the company will have to pay all the bills. Trust me a seemily minor injury could turn into a major problem and you should not be stuck with the bill.
