You have a choice: if you want to blame them and think that they are the problem you can keep doing the same things that got you into this mess and you will probably never be any better off. If you accept that your choices over the years caused you to sink to the point that you are stressed out over a $400 loan from a "last resort" lender that was your only option, then you can accept that you are the problem. The great thing is that if you are the problem, the person who controls your behavior is you! That means that you can change and slowly dig yourself out of this. I don't know how you got into this mess, but I bet deep down you know what some of your big mistakes have been. You can fix them. There is almost nothing that you can't fix over time.
