Domain Cabinets Direct Factory damaged product and Damaged shipment of custom made countertop temecula, California

Recently bought Custom Countertop made of Bamboo along with two 36" Shaker White Vanity base cabinets both made in China. Cabinets were POOR Quality and damaged at the factory. We could only see this damage when I had a carpenter assemble the first one. The damage was in the finish and additionally had rub marks from the carton it was shipped in.The Countertop was damaged in shipment. There was splitting at the edges. This damage was from the way it was secured to pallet and the pallet was lifted by forklift to put in our truck.They would NOT refund full amount or place claim with insurance for shipping damage. Local dealer (Massachusetts) after hearing of ordeal offered AMERICAN MADE Kemper Cabinets just over his cost, which was lower than the Chinese cabinets yet Real Quality and Fully assembled.I only ordered because my wife wanted the bamboo countertop, which we repaired because we had money into the damage products. Can NOT recommend this company or it's products ever. If you are in their city and inspect product before you take possession, and you don't pay their list, Maybe!- but good luck. By the way, their contractor prices are 30-35% below list but wait, their sale prices go from 20-30% off. But what good is it to buy junk?
