Domestic Linen Service Domestic Uniform Rental Scam and Rip-Off Artists Internet

I had a salesman for Domestic Linen here in Michigan tell me that if I signed with them I would be on a 30 day contract, not the 3 year contract listed. I wrote that on the contract and signed it. When I received the contract in the mail IT WAS CROSSED OFF! I signed the copy in blue ink and the salesman took the contract with him, scribbled it off in black in and signed his name in the same black ink. I immediately called the company and told them I did not want their service because they tried to scam me by crossing off the agreement. They tried to deliver product and I told them they would have to restore the contract to its original form in order for me to accept the new contract.

About a month later, I received a letter from an attorney, Bradley D. Gorman, Suite 310 Wabeek Building, 280 West Maple Road, Birmingham, MI 48009, saying we owed $25,000 and tried to get us to sign some arbitration agreement. I called him and told him that the contract was invalid since it had been crossed off... there is clearly no initials anywhere near the area, as would be the case if it was a valid change. He told me he saw nothing crossed off. When I got the copies from him it was clear that my writing was crossed out! I called him back and asked him why he lied to me and told him that he is a participant in the fraud.
