Any item on Domino's menu that end's in .99 (mostly all of them) is "automatically" rounded up to the next dollar by their computer registers without letting the public know. This mean for every item you buy from them they are stealing a penny. I know this doesn't seem like much but this is a world wide company with stores in almost every town you can think of. It all adds up. They are stealing millions from the public every day. This needs to be stopped.

I am the original author of this report. I am not a former employee, nor am I an employee of any competition. I do not even work in the same industry. I am only a consumer who feels cheated. I was told when I purchased the food that "the computer rounds up one cent automatically. This is also before any sales tax is applied. Also, here in NJ, sales tax is a flat 7%. So, fractions of pennies do not apply. But If it did, it's still theft... Ever see the movie Office Space? Fractions add up. I am currently conducting research into how long this is going on, and how wide-spread it is... I'm sure it's not an isolated incident.

I did used to work for Domino's Pizza a few years ago, but that is not why I am writing. Here in Florida, the sales tax is 7.5%. Well, as you can see, the store cannot charge you 1/2 of a penny, so they round up to the nearest penny. Are you sure that the .01 that they are "stealing" is not from the sales tax?
