This man Heriberto Perez advertise his so call company on craigslist to be a deal of buying into  his company and working under is license.  Heriberto met up in Denny's with paperwork on becoming part of his company and that I was going to pay him $250.00 a month no matter how much money was made on my end.  He start shortly after asking for extra money to go to pull a permit and also harassing the owners of the house for extra money too.  Heriberto Perez charged me $300.00 to start off with for paper works and workmen comp. insurance 

Heriberto Perez will give you the run around and never provide you with the permits , receipts or any paper work for the job that is being done

also states that through his company he can sponsor those who wants to become a journeyman

None of this is true he will talk to you until he turns blue will tell you also that he is an instructor at polytech school for electrician but neat-less to say he only works to rip off innocent people
