I was taken for $12,500 by Don McClain. The day after the money was send he went dark. I filed a report with the police department and found out that several others had done the  same.  He is notorious for having an answering service in another state that answers the phone and sounds very professional.  He will talk to you personally until your money is sent.  He is a true conartest. He will go to great lengths to make you feel confortable i.e., false documents etc.  

I will join anyone who is planning on or has filed a lawsuit.   He has an attorney that is also in on the scam so beware. We tracked him for awile but he had moved out of his old office with Peak and was between places. We knew where he lived and had contact with the landlord but had moved out.  He will be found and he will serve his time.  $12,500 is not a great deal of money whitch is why he continues to get away with this.  It is going to take several of us to come together in order to stop this guy. 

I send my 12,500 via wire so wire fraud is a major crime He must be stopped!
