This company would rather make customers pay for repairs in their failing truck shop than have to submit the repairs through warranty due to fraudulent claims to Ford, Cat, Cummins and Allison by their service manager. Once the customer has paid for the whole or partial repair the repair is then also sent in as a warranty claim to "double dip" the system. Their repair practices are also not the same for all customers. What is warranty for one customer may not be for the other.
When it comes to paying their employees who worked hard to uphold the true sanderson way daily they were all but screwed. Changing the pay plan of the emplyees without prior knowledge or permission. Withholding massive amounts of pay for customers who had exceesed their credit account or failed to pay for a repair on the credit account then became the responsibility of the advisor to collect once the amount was taken from their paycheck. Why pray tell do they do this when the advisor was not the one to extend credit to or have access to find when their customer is in arrears with the company? Complaining to anyone within the company falls upon deaf ears. Human resources does nothing with complaints other than throw you under the bus as well as department managers.

I find it kind of hard to believe that this dealership would do whatever it is you call double dipping. No matter how you feel about this dealership I have friends and family that have worked at this dealership for many moons.  Out of all of the Ford dealerships in the state of Arizona or the valley I would be willing to bring my truck to Sanderson Ford any day of the week.

I really enjoyed the ramblings of the rebuttal to the original compaint.

 "look in the mirror", is that the best you can do?  You did nothing to refute the original complaint other than to demonstrate your poor linguistic skills.

I find it amusing that this person Ms. D to be exact should accuse anyone of anything. Her actions be professional or personal do not demonstrate any kind of integrity as they seem to have crossed paths on more than one occasion. Her words should fall on deaf ears as most of what she says is a lie to cover her own behind and to make her feel better about herself instead of looking in the mirror and facing reality. She makes decisions on the fly without giving it any thought of the concequences and they end up costing her,but that does not seem to matter as long as she gets what she wants at the moment,the long term effects dont seem to matter to her. Remember she will cross the line when it comes to the professional and personal life as far as customers and vendors she has no respect for professional courtesy. She is not trustworthy in either part of life good luck to anyone who comes in contact with her.
