Donald Heald Book Ripoff

I owned an oil painting which was my only possesion of value. this painting was given to a mr. donald heald, details below, to sell on my behalf. it was understood he would take a small % as commission. mr. heald is a wealthy antiquarian bookdealer and i am a seriously ill person with crohn's disease and no money. Since being givenn the painting, mr. heald has kept it and has not contacted me. i have tried to get third parties to intervene but he has adamantly refused to either give back the painting or pay me its value, which i think is about $5000. the painting was given to him in england, where he has a small base of operation and he transferred it to the u.s. where he has an office. he refuses to answer my emails, and is banking on the fact that i do not have the money totake him to court. he has a reputation of great arrogance and this proves it. the last time someone tried to do something on my behalf, heald just laughed and made abusive remarks about me. i hope someone will help me as i desperately need the money. heald knows this painting is mine. i paid for it and he had it only to sell. helad is stinking rich and he has a web page for his stock. if you got the website for the aniquarian booksellers of america, put donalad heald in the find a bookseller facility, then follow the links, you can see for yourself that he sells books for $50,000+ he is doing this to me out of sheer evil. his fax is 212-628-7847. the oil painting is by someone called anthony gross, if this helps.
