Attorney has not returned our call so we don't even know if info was accurate but will continue to persue
However Donald Berry/Mountain Harbour spas was already in the process of starting a new website on godaddy.com.
Do not be fooled. He is a con-artist and I am sure that if we can all push as hard as possible then he will finally get what he deserves.
Make no mistake Mr Berry-you may be laughing at us now but it seems that you have taken advantage of a few too many people.

We purchased hot tub in September and never received any product. After MULTIPLE e-mails we were finally told to contact his bankruptcy lawyer, Who has failed to return our calls as well (probably not even real)
He was also an art dealer. You can find more info on him at abundantarts.com - it says that He has another attorney so may be worth checking into. You never know
He is a con-artist and needs to be dealt with.
Be sure to file complaints with FTC, BBB, and Ic3
