I ordered a DVD box set for the TV movie Centennial. I never received it, but the money for it was taken out of my credit card. Each time I contacted them by e-mail, I was given a run-a-around. It looks like this has happen to other people and I think they should not be allowed to advertise. Their website is a complete scam.
