Do not order this product! Not only does it not work as specified, they mislead you about the 14 day trial. The truth is in some small print that they make almost impossible to find on the website. The trial begins the moment you order, not when you receive the product 4 or 5 days later. So you really have only a 9 or 10 day trial. They will automatically withdraw money from your account (It was over $150 for me) 14 days from date of order! I called to cancel after I saw two large withdrawals in excess of $90 each and they first said they would only give me back $30, then they said they would give me $50 back so I asked for a supervisor and after much yelling she said she would return $140 of my money but would charge me $15 restocking fee. How can they charge a restocking fee if the product had been used? She then gave me an address to send the product back (Colorado address). I told her it was a total scam because they showed a video of a man with very large bags under their eyes, dabbed on the cream, held up a timer and within 2 min all bags were gone. I am here to tell you that that video is a fraud. They should be brought up on fraud charges! Beware!!
