"Dr." Donna Milburn was paid $4,000 to conduct a social study for our family during a custody case about six months ago. A social study normally requires a minimum of 2 months of investigative work, and a home visit. She completed ours in about 2 weeks. The quality of her work reflected this - it was awful, and it didn't include any kind of home visit (a direct violation of the Texas family law code). Her report was so riddled with errors and untruths, it was thrown out of court, and we wound up wasting $4,000. She didn't call one reference on our side, yet she became recreational friends with the other side, showing extreme bias. She was coaching the other side as to how to "win" against us. She even helped my ex-husband take my children away from me for over three months. She went on a personal witch-hunt against me for no reason and tried to get me thrown in jail for sexually molesting my son - a RIDICULOUSLY false accusation. To Donna Milburn, everyone seems to be a child molester.

We are not the only people who has had their lives ruined by Donna Milburn. if you Google or yahoo search her, you will see on the local yahoo yellow pages where several people have had similar experiences with her incompetence, witch-hunting, and false accusations, and who have had their children taken away from them by this "psychologist." She takes your money and then does a horrible job. You can also find very bad reviews from her on (((link redacted))) and (((link redacted)))

We later found out as well that Donna Milburn also has several reports filed against her with the Texas Board of Psychology.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this "psychologist" like the plaugue - she will destroy your family, and completely RUIN the lives of you and your children.
