Doreen Davis and the Davis Center takes advantage of parents of special needs children.
She charges 400 dolllars for a bogus evaluation, then she recommends a series of very expensive sound therapies. This is garbage. With true auditory integration- Dr. Berard does not recommend follow up tharapies for at least 6 months. She's a fraud.
She charged me 400 dollars to tell my how great she is. She is takiing advantage of loving parents who want the best for their child--but if you do the research, Dr. Berard only endorces the EARDUCATOR, not her bogus take home machine.
If you need auditory integration therapy for your child, do your research and get an ethical practitioner. Trust me, it's not the Davis Center or the spectrum Center. I found a good one, but you have to interview the practitioners. If they charge you for a hefty evaluation, they are quacks. You work hard for your money. You will be better off if you use it to diversify the therapies, do give it to these jackels.
