I ordered the following book: "Lehninger Principles of Biochemistry: Absolute Ultimate Guide" from DormBooks for a course I was taking this semester. I placed this order through Barnes & Noble's website, and DormBooks was listed as the seller. 

After two weeks of waiting for my product to arrive in the mail, I contacted DormBooks to inquire about the delay. Initially, one of their representatives named Martin responded in a timely manner and I was told to contact him again if my book still hadn't arrived in a week. A week later, I still did not receive my order, so I contacted the same representative. I was told that I would be immediately issued a full refund. I never received my refund. After a week of waiting for my refund, I contacted Martin again, and this time received no reply. I attempted to contact this company again on two separate occasions, but never received any response.

To this date, I have not received a refund, nor the product I ordered. This company has caused great inconveniences to me in terms of my classes this semester (I did not have access to this book for about three and a half weeks of this course until I bought another copy from this campus bookstore after my frustrating dealings with this company), and I believe the least they could do is issue me a refund for a product I never received from them. As a supposedly student-run company dedicated to bringing students discounted textbook prices, DormBooks has been, ironically, an incredibly disappointing, stressful, and overall unpleasant part of my textbook buying experience this semester.
