Doubleday Book Club Shafted, credit assasinated Camp Hill Pennsylvania

Several years ago, I had to file bankruptcy due to medical bills. I had an account with Doubleday that was in arrears and ended up on the bankruptcy as well. Since the discharge of this item, they have put it back on my credit report 3 times!

Each time a collection agency contacts me with this bill, I have to send them copies of the discharge. This has screwed up my credit report horribly. It has taken me bending over backwards and paying premium interest to get a USED car! I am paying for a new car, but had to take one over 2 years old, because every time they put this bill back on my credit report, it lowers my credit score. If it weren't for this stunt, my credit score would be over 725, but the have knocked it down in the 500's.

What they are doing is illegal and when they get caught, they just move on to another collection agent who doesn't know what they have already done, so I get shafted once again.

If they were so worried about their $94 I think it was (counting the late fees, of course) they should have had someone in court the day my bankruptcy was granted. I would have made arrangements to pay them.
