I ordered telemarketing leads from this company. I paid by check via e-check and for 2-3 day i was supposed to have "live transfers" sent to my call center . I never recived the leads and each time I would call the salesman ( Rob ) he would give me an excuse as to this or that happened...quite simply a line of BS. Doug Wright aka Reliable Marketing Partners was always apolojectic but never delivered. I lost $390 to Dug ( not a mispell, I want to eventually bury him) and 3 nights of my call center wasting time and "on hold" waiting for those transfers. The only thing that was transferred was my money to going to this bottom-feeder of a person.
I finally sent him an email asking for my money back and he promised to send it by paypal check....guess what his paypal e-check bounced. I finally after send numerous emails was told that the paypal account was drawn on the wrong paypal,that in fact he got it confused with the paypal account for the "food bank" he and wife Christine Wright support. Talk about a line. See attached letters if you dont believe it. I talked with the salesman Rob and he told me a few days later others have come to light. Seems I am not he first. This guy deserves front page of ripoff report. Dont do business with Doug Wright or Reliable Marketing Partners. I wonder how he came up with that name??? LOL

I am supposed to get two deposit postings to our account today then can use the paypal service. Would it be easier if we mailed or deposited funds into your account direct?

Darryl, I am sorry about this and it was totally my fault. I have several paypal accounts and thought that the one I used was one for my Reliable Marketing Partners account, but was actually for an account used for donations at the Food Bank we support. I just got off the phone with paypal and will fix this misunderstanding as soon as I receive an email from them with instructions on how to retrieve my password.

You have failed to deliver the services and have repeatedly missed deadlines to fix the problem and come up with a solution. I have worked with Doug for 4 years now and during that time i have never seen or heard of him intentionally causing harm to anyone.  nobody gets it right everytime and in my expierience with Doug if something happened that he wasn't able to perform on a promise it was likely because the outcome was out of his hands.  i know doug and he would not only have done everything he could to make good on his promise but he would also have done everything he could do to make up for it if he didn't.  and he does in fact support a food bank locally with his wife.  to be outright demeaning to doug from one situation which he was oviously triing to fix is disrespectful and absolutly incorrect.  i know doug would have been wringing his hands to fix whatever issue arose that caused your production to stop he cares deeply and passionatly about the people he serves.  be well all.  sincerly patrick rickard
