Down and Dirty Raul Flores Down and Dirty Property Preservation DO NOT WORK FOR THESE CRIMINALS in Lake Elsinore , California

No you DO NOT investigate.  This has been going on for 5 years and when I called CYPREXX about this your "account manager" said that this was a problem between Down and Dirty and the sub contractor.  CYPREXX states "You don't have a contract with us".  True, But all I asked was for your company to put a stop to this scam but you refuse to do so.  Stop playing the innocent victim in this because according to the District Attorney of Los Angeles, your company can be liable as well once you were notified of this and you continue to use this company.  I doubt that you did nothing more than contact Connie and Raul Flores and ask them a few questions and they gave you the old "disgruntled ex-employee" excuse.  You can contact me and I will be more than happy to show you all paperwork and photos and what I have collected on Connie and Raul Flores.  The district attorney has advised me what to do and they will get what's comming to them, even CYPREXX as you chose to not do anything about this.  You can contact me via email: BankPreservation@aol.com if you do "plan" on investigating this. Unfortunately, Cyprexx would have a very difficult time mediating this type of situation.  Anytime a subcontractor contacts Cyprexx suggesting this type of situation has occurred, we do investigate our relationship and try to make sure that a fair settlement is reached.  Ultimately, however, we cannot control the financial flow of another business nor can we prove or disprove your comments.  We just want it to be noted that we do look into these situations though we do not share the results of our findings to the general public.

These two companies allow Down and Dirty, Down & Dirty, DND, Raul Flores and Connie Flores out of Riverside and Lake Elsinore,  to hire contractors and not pay them. They say it is between DND and the contractors and do not want to get involved. However, you work for  30 days, turn in your invoice to DND and they promise to pay within 15 days after invoice, meanwhile you started your second set of 30 days of work.  By the time you finish that you still have no check, and now they have 2 months worth of work from you and do not pay you. Raul Flores and Connie Flores bill Cyprexx and AMS for the work you completed, receive payment then quit answering your phone calls, emails and texts. 

You don't know where they live because they communicate by email and texts only.  After you quit because of "non-payment" they use that as the excuse for not paying you because you left them in a bind and now they have to find another "sucker" to do the work.  They have been doing this for 5 years and still get away with it. DON'T BE FOOLED BY CONNIE AND RAUL FLORES!!! I called the police about them and was informed that this is a "civil" matter and I should use the courts to stop them. However, without knowing their address, or anything about them, it's hard for the courts to help you.  They change their numbers and email address which makes this difficult to find them. 

CYPREXX AND AMS shoudl investigate this but refuse to do so. Their work is being completed and they don't care that Down and Dirty is stealing the money from the contractors.  Now I know why Connie Flores and Raul Flores chose this name. It's what they do.  I wish someone warned me before I had anything to do with them. BTW, Connie and Raul FLores stole $6,700 dollars from me. How? I did several trash outs for them and two months worth of work.  They kept using excuses saying their check was lost in mail, it accidently was sent back by post office, Cyprexx lost invoice. You name it, they will use the excuse.  I HOPE KARMA BITES THEM IN THEIR BEHIND!!!!  HEY CYPREXX AND AMS,  Are you paying attention? How can you allow this to happen?????
