I placed an order and my card was charge on August 29. I never got a trucking number. I paid for rush shipping and a month later... nothing...
I called so many times, let numerous messages. They never answer the phone. I got a few emails full of lies: we sent the merchandise yesterday, we gonna email you the trucking number, we just refunded you the money to your card, we gonna refund you the shipping fee... all lies. (I still have all the emails to prove it)
I got a few items 40 days later. Only 6 from an order of 19. I email them so many time asking for my money back. They told me that I was harassing them, so they will not respond to my emails any more.
WHAT A NERVE!!! They charge me for the total of the order, even though their own web says they will only charge for the items shipped, they didn't send the merchandise on time. More than a month later I got a few wrong colors items, they keep my money all this time and had the nerve TO TELL ME that I was HARASSING THEM.
Finally on October 7 they refunded $90.00 out of an order of more than $150. Of course this was not the amount they were suppose to refund me.
Don't make business with CupCakeIntimate.com IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!
HELP TO PUT THIS COMPANY OUT OF BUSINESS.
