The website said the items were in stock, yet they did not get shipped with the initial order. My credit card was charged in full. I sent an email to their customer support and received no response. Four tries later, no response.
I did a google search for "Doxy Lingerie Phone" in hopes of finding a contact number, but to no avail. There is no physical address nor phone number to reach this Jennifer Lutke as I found out was here name. She seems quite notorious on RipOffReport.com.
Do yourself a favor and just go to the mall and buy whatever you need...or a trusted website. It has been close to a month with no attempt to contact me. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my girlfriend, and now I'm out around $100.
I hope this woman gets what is coming to her...if you did this to people on the street, you'd go to jail. It shouldn't be any different for her.
