Finally got my refund through PayPal, but SHE left ME negative feedback for each and every item I purchased. She then made her feedback private and disappeared. I guess Ms. Lutke started ripping off and scamming everyone else on a larger scale.
This is truly a person you should stay away from. Check into her background first.
