I ordered from Doxy Lingerie on November 15, 2005. I ordered two items from them and it look FIVE weeks just to get ONE item from my order. (Later I was informed that it was because the items were on backorder- but they did not even bother to let me know this and left me in the dark wondering where my order was. On the website it states that nothing should take longer than 7-14 business days, unless it is on backorder. However, they do not have the common courtesy to even notify the customer if an item IS on backorder.)

When I opened the package, only ONE of the items I had ordered was in it. I was very unhappy to say the least, but continued to wait, hoping the second item would come shortly. However, nothing came in the mail and finally I asked where my order was around December 18th . I was told that it was on backorder but I should receive it the week after Christmas. No order shows up the week after Christmas. I ask again and was told it was STILL on backorder and I am promised (once again) that it will ship on January 6th, that the stock truck had come in on that Friday and I was billed that day for the second item.

Two weeks later, STILL no second item received. I finally contact the company again (through email- they do not provide a phone number for obvious reasons- they have HORRIBLE customer service) and they told me the item was still backordered and that there was nothing they could do unless I want a refund.

Finally I am told I will get a refund for the item that I never received. TWO WEEKS LATER, and still NO refund. I sent multiple emails that were ignored. Finally, today, on February 4th (nearly 3 whole months after my order) I received an email response that "said" my refund had been issued, but I honestly will not believe it until I see it on my charge card statement. Please do not buy from this company- it is not worth the hassle, and the run-around that they will give you, and the length of time it takes to receive your order is ridiculous.

It is now February 14, and still no refund. Jennifer at Doxy Lingerie has repeatedly lied to me in emails, claiming that I need to "settle down" and that "my refund has been issued", it has been 12 days (8 business days) since then and still no refund. Horrible, lying company.

Jennifer at Doxy Lingerie has repeatedly lied to me in emails, claiming that I need to "settle down" and that "my refund has been issued", it has been 12 days (8 business days) since then and still no refund. Horrible, lying company. I don't see where she gets her kicks stealing eight dollars from a college student.
