I just read the "report" of Fatherof2 complaining of David Mann.   David Mann, PhD, is a psychologist who specializes in Child Custody Investigations in the courts of Southern California.  I am a Family Law practitioner and certified by the State Bar of California as a Certified Specialist in Family Law.  I am quite familiar with Dr. Mann and his work.

Fatherof2 appears only interested in winning and losing.  It appears to be the only thing that matters.  That his children are afraid of him is of no immediate concern to Fatherof2.  His concerns appear to be focused on his ex - the "non-working wife" who filed for full custody "to maximize her monthly child support payments".

The court, on the other hand, is interested solely in determining the best interests of these children.  That you have never been arrested is probably a good thing, but that, along with "a successful business career" and "youth sports coaching" hardly presents a complete picture.

Dr. Mann's task was to assist the court in determining your children's best interest.  This happens when one or both of the parents loose sight of their children's best interest.  The interests of these children are voiced through folks like Dr. Mann.

Winning or losing doesn't assist in determining whether your children's best interests were served or not.  Insulting Dr. Mann's intelligence fails to reap any benefit other than to your own ego.  Dr. Mann is of sufficient "low intelligence": that the State of California uses him to review the work of the bad practioner's in this area of psychology.

My BIG issue with sites such as this one - are the allowance of anonymous comments.  It's pretty easy to take a pot shot at someone from behind a fake name.   I challenge FAtherof2 to do as I have, use your real name.

If you can't post it under your own name, you probably shouldn't be saying it anyway.

One last closing thought for Fatherof2 - Just because you lost doesn't mean Dr. Mann and the court didn't get it right.

All he does is use his position to extort money with the full cooperation of the corrupt family law courts. He is a complete fool who took as truth all the lies of my ex, without evidence. He foolishly recommende that my teenage son stay with my ex. He was living with me not even two weeks later after a violent incident and suicide threats. Dr. Mann is a disgrace and a fool.
