Due to his negligence, one of his clients daughters was able to get a hold of her medicine and overdosed on it. What the real problem here is that while is was the patient's responsibility, she was strong armed into signing an agreement that she wouldn't sue him or East Indiana Treatment Center. Where his responsibility came into play is that he did not take the time to discuss the potential dangers of the medicine with her and the dangers it presented to children.
