I have no knowledge of person filing report, but my experience with Dr. Frey was almost identical. A custody dispute where Dr. Frey gave misinformation to the court .
In retrospect I believe this was to protect himself because he had not followed the rules in reporting abuse.
He ignored the damage he was doing to the child he was supposed to be protecting.
I believe Dr. Frey would have no practice at all if the sweetheart deal he has with the court system was terminated.
The ad litems need to stand up and be counted.

This is in response to report # 375301. I had a similar situation where Dr. Joseph Frey interviewed several people on one side of the case but never interviewed anyone on my side. Dr. Frey went on to feed the court misinformation in his custody evaluation. Basically he lied to make the evaluation go a certain way to try to protect himself. This is corruption at it's finest that places children in danger.
We need to stand up and clean this system up in the Augusta area. Please check back from time to time for a link. At some point in the future I plan to establish a full website with blog, etc. so we can band together and bring reform and hopefully end this criminal negligence.
