Dr. Micheal Johnston Terminated me as a patient and I did nothing unprofessional lying employees phenix city, Alabama

The employees in doctors offices are the problem but doctors seem to believe the employees side of the story then the patients!.  Patients are suppose to be treated fairly & with respect then the doctors employees lie to the doctor about the patients for the doctor to drop them as a patient.

This is patient "ABUSE" but they get away with everything here in Phenix City no matter how many buildings or how many streets they pave or how they try to make the city look nice "EVIL" is lurking around!.  Lying about someone is the most evil thing you can do to somebody & the evil is in the employees in doctors offices & other places in phenix city!.

The office employees are the main culprits they lie to the doctor about you so the doctor terminates you as a patient.  This is how dirty doctors in phenix city really are & they are very unethical if they don't like bad rip-off reports about them they should treat people a little better.

If you have a problem with one doctor in phenix city you can't see another phenix city doctor due to conflict onf interest.  Well i wouldn't see another phenix city doctor again.  Because you have to go threw all the mess of finding a new doctor.  When you get "SICK" that causes more stress in your life because you don't have a doctor to make you better.

I want to move from the crazy people in phenix city al.  This city still has the "CORRUPT" past still still stirring around after all these years!.  They have drug bust all the time in this town & somebody was murdered last year at phenix city local park,  it had to do with "DRUGS" of course.

Maybe you should report these 2 doctors to Ohio so they can't move up there and practice.

And just to satisfy curiosity, would you be a dear and give us all the salacious details about what the new doctor and his staff did to you? I'm dyin' to know. What meds did you request and what reason did he give for refusing?

I have found a new doctor.  Its not In phenix city.  I will never use a phenix city doctor again.

My name is Elane and I work as the receptionist at Dr. Richard Valentine's office in Phenix.

I remember "Charles" perfectly.  I'm almost certain this is the same person.

He was most likely removed physically from Dr. Johnson's office, in the same manner we were forced to here at our facility.

Charles (last name withheld) came into our office without an appointment, and told one of our other receptionists (who is not in any way a doctor) that she must get a prescription approved for some narcotic pain reliever (I forget the specific brand, though I remember he was specific in his request), in his words "right away".

We tried to explain to him that the doctor was unavailable, that he would have to make an appointment.   He began to get very "verbal" with us and would not listen to our explanation.

We ended up calling Dr. Valentine from the examination room.  Charles began to demand that he be given the prescription.  His argument was that it was Dr. Valentine that diagnosed his "dead tooth" and therefore it was he who "had to" write the prescription.

Dr. Valentine explained to him that he had already referred him to a specialist (Dr. Johnson, DDS) and had already given him a five day supply of pain reliever while awaiting his appointment with Dr. Johnson.

Dr. Johnson decided against prescribing painkillers to Charles after determining that they were unnecessary.

As a general practitioner, Dr. Valentine can only decide whether a patient should get narcotic pain-relief on a case-by-case basis.  He must make judgments based on several factors, such as substance abuse history, signs of addiction, etc.  This is why a patient, such as Charles, will be referred to a specialist:  to make a more accurate determination as to the proper type, dosage, and duration of medication in addition to possible surgical correction, if necessary.

Charles came back.  He tried to argue that if Dr. Valentine was able to give him a prescription before, and he was still experiencing the same problem, that there should be "no reason" why he couldn't write another.

This patient refused to listen to the above explanation in any way.  It became so frustrating in the office, that I had to leave the room and get some fresh air.  He would not, or could not, understand that once the dentist says no, that this is the final answer.


Dr. Valentine had to actually scream at him, inches from his face, before he stopped arguing about his "rights" and left the office.

Ya'll don't believe me fine.  I don't care but,  ya'll don't have to keep running It into the ground.  Leaving me nasty horrible,  comments.  Because ya'll think.

This Is why this country.  Has gone to crap.  Because people treat people,  so ugly always lying about people.  Creating problems.

Charles what you don't get is that over the years I and many have tried to help you by offering suggestions and help. 

Maybe, just maybe your life would be easier if you didn't think everyone was out to hurt you.  Course I told you that a few years ago and you told me off saying that the world is out to screw you and your Mom. Again, just walk away from ROR and don't let it upset you. 

Course after all of these years, I also think you thrive on the attention you get here. 

Of course people say I fabricate.  Everything because they do not. Want to admit I tell the truth.  They do this to everybody.  We don't have any rights anymore.  So what do they do.  People fight me.  They know employers "LIE".  To ruin peoples lives.

The problem you bring on yourself is that no where in your first report do you explain why the Dr no longer wants to see you, other than to say you asked for some medicine.

If you would explain a little more of the situation, what type of med and the responce from the Dr. it would help your cause.

Are you a physician? Are you trying self-diagnosis? How do you know what medication you need?

It's a big red flag to members of the medical community when an individual walks into their office and requests a prescription. It should be up to the physician, not the patient, to determine what, if any, medication the patient needs.

I can't even have the last say In my own complaint.  All people care about Is.  Putting me down.  People can hate me & people can be agaisnt me.  I didn't ask to be born into the cruel world.

People hate me for something that isn't my fault.  I sometimes ask god why he let me born.  He knew how I was going to be treated threw out my life time.

Charles, I'm surprised to see you back and fighting so hard for nothing (once again!). In response to your original post, I suspect the doctor dropped you as a patient (if, in fact, that really happened) because he could see you were a lawsuit waiting to happen. After all, you've threatened it enough times on ROR.... Even a suit without merit is a giant pain in the ass so why should he subject himself to that? As a private physician, he has no legal obligation to treat you unless you are in need of emergency care as you sit in his office. Otherwise, I believe (and someone can correct me politely if I'm wrong) that he has every right to not accept you as a patient. Even giving you the benefit of the doubt, perhaps your illness is not one he feels comfortable in treating. Ever think of that?

As for all the other posts, I think people are frustrated (or amused) at your poor grammar, spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure. Even allowing for typos your posts are so riddled with errors that one is led to believe they were written by a 10-year old.  You also ramble aimlessly without ever providing FACTS - i.e., exactly what are you complaining about? And then there's always the threat to sue.  Like many people you seem to believe that the justice system exists just to make you happy and right your perceived wrongs. Just doesn't work that way.... This is a PUBLIC site.  If you don't want people to respond to you then DO NOT post your life's "story".  If you stop posting people will stop responding.  By the way this probably would go the other way for all of you other folks.

Your reports are attacked because they have so many inconsistencies, sometimes even in the same post.  That they just seem to scream that the story is at the very least highly exagerated, at worst totally fabricated.

I will not see a phenix city doctor again.  All I better say Dr.Johnston & his employees,  better get their act togather.  Because If they start treating more people like this.

For example, in the same report that the author claims he was wrongly booted from one office for name-calling, he goes on to lose his temper and calls them all a**holes. Repeatedly.
