I am currently in the process of taking him to court for ripping me off. He supposedly owns a trucking company, and had asked me to loan him money on several occasions to get him through a couple of days or weeks, promising to pay me back. He has failed to do so. I sympathize with the woman "Diane" who filed her report last year in march of 2004 I wish I had seen it then.
Mr. Girgis did the same to me. Pretending to befriend me, and when we became close, he asked me for money, he even tried to convince me to buy him a house from one of his church members, an old lady. I went to the house with him, and he told her I was his realtor, when he has a real estate license himself. Of course I did not buy the house for him.
It is small consolation to know I am not the only one he has tricked. I hope to expose him in any way I can. My contacts are pretty good, and this will go further, I promise.

Can you please post the information for your lawyer so that I can speak with him/her? I think it would be helpful to use the same lawyer for this process. Also...any advice on how to get records from the bank and such....would be very helpful.
