Dr. Hill claimed that she was a security expert that could help our company with security threats we were receiving. He bragged about her PHD from Harvard, and how she had her undergrade from Georgia Tech.
We decied to hire Dr. Hill and found that she new less than a 5th grader. She was book smart but not smart enough to speak to a group of 5th graders. Everything she spoke about, you could Google. It was proof, just because you have a degree from Harvard does not make you a computer expert. She probably does great when she is the only computer person in the room, meaning if she is in the room with people who do not know or understand computer security then she sounds like an expert.
Don't hire this person. You are better off on going on craigslist and hiring someone from India.
