I noticed Dr. Richard Alan Weiss of Newport Beach, Ca has too many youtube videos.  It looks like he is really try hard to sell his skills.  He is an eye doctor, with some additional training in eye tumor surgery.   His training in oculoplastic surgery is so little that I wouldn't recommend anyone to him either.  I rather go to the doctors that really have the skills  and not  the ones that write wonderful things about himselves and place it on the internet as though someone else wrote it . 

I won't go to a doctor like Dr. Weiss  that over advertise.  This usually mean he is not good and need to get clients using fake testimonals and ads.  I saw him a few times and decided that he is not into taking care of  eye  medical condition. He is into comestic surgery that is lucrative.  I couldn't believe an eye doctor doing skin laser and all kinds of other comestic related work???? What the F*ck?  It does look like he wants to abandon his field and be a plastic surgeon.  But I don't see the qualification.     

I don't blame u for writing this about Dr. Richard Alan Weiss of Newport Beach, Ca.  He appears to be a charming person, but all that charm is just to steal our hard earn dollars  in return for nothing.  I must say he is a very smart businessman doing charity work to get free advertisement.   He did appeared to be a caring doctor at consultation, but talk is cheap as I found out too late.  I spent thousands of dollars in hoping to fade my freckles on my face and neck.  Dr. Richard Weiss told me it will take several procedures, so I was willing to do it to improve my appearance.  I am very fair skin.  After several procedures, thousands of dollars   and almost a year later, my freckles did not fade like the way Dr. Weiss told me .  All that money for nothing. On top of that severe pain and lots of down time away from work makes me post this on the internet to let others be awared!!!
