Dr Richard Jonas MD Central Az Medical Assn GREEDY---No common sense, only care about MONEY... Mesa, Arizona

I had been very happy with Dr Jonas until my last appt time. Incidentally,he had just joined the Central Az Medical Assn, which is responsible for charging me a $25. no- show appt fee, while I was in the hospital. Not only did I call their office 7 hours before my appt time, I explained to them that the only reason I would not be able to make my appointment was because I was sick ( renal-failure) & was enrte the hospital at that time.

I completely understand why no- show fees are necessary, which I tried to explain & reason with the office manager, but she had absolutely no interest in any reasons why the appt was broken, her only concern was collecting the $25. cancellation fee. After realizing that there was absolutely no way to reason with this person, I expressed my sorrow that I would miss Dr Jonas, since I refuse to continue doing business with an office that is most concerened with profits rather than patients well being. Her attitude was beyond rude, in my opinion she has no business working in public relations.
