I want to start out by saying Dr. Robert Noel is not the issue. His staff however, is. Dr. Noel is an older man and seems to be blind of the actions of one of his employees. She has stolen from work, committed fraud, given out personal medical information and has had a few run-ins with the police with driving under the influence, heroin, tampering with evidence and fleeing the scene of an accident. This loser still works in Dr. Noels office with a current court date pending.
Elizabeth M. Hanes has been working for Dr. Noel for about four years. She gave out personal medical information about her co-workers daughter. The young lady had an abortion and Ms. Hanes told me and others about this. I to this day, have the proof on my Facebook account for anyone that calls me a liar. I also have texts messages from Ms. Hanes upset with my telling the lady what Ms. Hanes told me.

Elizabeth M. Hanes has been working for Dr. Noel for about four years. She gave out personal medical information about her co-workers daughter. ..... Hanes was facing charges for heroin, reckless driving and tampering with evidence. She was of course, an employee for Dr. Noel at this time. She made a deal with the State and the police to
have all our court dates scheduled on her off day, a Thursday. She snitched and ratted on people to get out of serving time. I do not have actual proof; however, simple court transcripts can be found 100% proving my claims to be true.
Dr. Robert Noels office was looked into in 2011 for prescription fraud. These orders were being called in after hours or during days his office was closed. Only three people work at this office, Dr. Noel, a female co-worker and repeat criminal, Elizabeth M. Hanes. Another court date?

Type in Elizabeth Hanes.... She has another court date on 3/1/2013 because the thief won't pay off her debt to society. She has no issue when it comes to writting bad checks or stealing from work. Yet she won't pay her legal fees. Maybe if she didn't waste money on drugs and Red Stag, she would pay her fines.

Could you please explain to me what Hippo laws are. Do you by chance mean HIPAA laws?

I used Dr. Noels office for a few years. He is a very good doctor. The girl pictured works at his front desk. She dressed and looks like a tramp and has a nasty attitude. A few times while arriving for an appointment she would be outside smoking going off on people on her cell phone. While behind the desk she would ignore patients and text.
The girl even looks dirty. She has bad teeth and wears her pants where you can see her underwear. I cant believe Dr. Noel allows such a nasty person to work in his office. A few times I could hear her argue with her co=worker, also a female or with someone on the phone.
After reading her court dockets, I am not shocked by this. She reminds me of the type that lives in Portland. I was shocked however to see that his office was looked into for prescription fraud. I guess when you allow a criminal to work there that is what happens. I am thankful I stopped using his office over a year ago.
Whoever posted this should be rewarded a medal. This girl needs to be fired. She along with bad customer service is why I stopped using this office.
