Her son chuck is also an alcoholic probably because his mother treats him so badly.
Naomis mother loaned her $350,000 to go to med school, hasnt repaid her a cent. her mother is almost starving.
Naoimi is being investigated for medicaid/medicare over billing, i believe thats fraud.
She tried to borrow money from and old woman called Carol
$12000 to pay her IRS bill.
she is a Dr and is 80 lbs overweight.
