I'm a client of Dreams in Las Vegas. I was already paranoid about the overall legitimacy of this place, my daughter has been with them for about 2 months now and she has really learned nothing. Then, I saw this on the Web and it really cemented my feelings. Any other clients of Dreams Model & Talent have any thoughts on this? Legal Action? DA? Please post a rebuttal!
- Dreams is secretly owned by the infamous KIM FLOWERS, FORMERLY KIM FLOWERS DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY, formerly JOHN ROBERT POWERS LAS VEGAS. Do a search on Google and see for yourself. Put the word SCAM after the names you enter.
- KIM FLOWERS was sued by the LAS VEGAS DA for stealing parents money and fraud. KIM FLOWERS is in hiding! SHE FILED CORP. BK.
-KIM FLOWERS sisters (who go by numerous aliases) now run the DREAMS office and show DONNA RAY as the owner, according to the City of Las Vegas records. An extensive background check on DONNA RAY show she's licensed as a massage therapist. She apparently, is just a cover for KIM FLOWERS and DREAMS.
-DREAMS employees are all aware of and part of the scam and cover up.
-DREAMS classes are FAR BELOW the industry standard. The classes are poor at best.
-DREAMS instructors have little to no real industry experience. Most are out of work frustrated actors themselves.
-DREAMS is simply a carbon copy of John Robert Powers, the modeling and talent scam of the century.
-No real major agencies even come to DREAMS to scout clients. Local crappy agencies like Envy, Spectrum Talent, Best, etc. that's it. They're there just to pretend to be hiring kids.
-DREAMS has no real success stories of clients that actually went through the DREAMS program. If you don't believe them, simply call them and ask for real referrals.
-DREAMS does not carry the proper license to operate a school at their location. Just telephone the City of Las Vegas Business License Department. We did!
-Do not waste the time or money even going here. We got scammed big time parents!-
