Dressale Sent a stained, poorly made dress with a scratchy net jacket covered with ugly appliques. The dress and jacket did not match the discription onlline, and the color sent was nothing like the color swa , Internet

Dressale sent me a dress that was stained in the front and had a very ugly jacket made from scratchy netting with large freying appliques all over it.  The discription on line said the dress had beading, but there was no beading, just a few poorly placed sequins. The jacket was supposed to be an illusion material with a delicate pattern, not a stiff petticoat material that made anyone who saw it laugh out loud!

The stain on the front of the dress was something greasy that someone had obviously attempted to clean off, making a criss-cross stain on the dress. I sent pictures to the company and they responded that it was minor, and should be taken to a shop for cleaning.  They denied responsibility for the stain even though the dress was sent in plastic.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.  My email replies from them ignored my complaints and then they stopped correspondance without resolving my problem.
