The following is the Merchants Policy on returns from on their website:
Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Items
You are eligible for a refund of the full purchase price plus shipping costs for defective, damaged or mis-shipped items.
Returning For Replacement or Refund
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress has been made to your order specifications. If you are returning or exchanging dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.
This is a summary of the errors on the mis-shipped items:
1). Elegant Yellow A Line Off the shoulder tea Length Satin Mother of the Bride Dresses (Mother of the Bride Dresses 22) = $129.00 Size US 12 Color Grape This size received was more like size US 8 than US 12, it doesn't fit, color was bright red not grape.
2) Modern Purple A Line Halter Top Floor Length Chiffon Mother of the Bride Dresses (Mother of the Bride Dresses 31) = $157.00 Size US 12 Color Burgundy This size received was more like size US 8 than US 12, it doesn't fit.
Consequently, we asked for a refund. They continued by email back and forth starting with a refund of only $50, telling us to sell the dresses to someone. Finally, they credited our Paypa account for only $243. The original cost of the dresses was $305 plus return shipping costs of US$96, totaling $401. We loss $158 by ordering from this merchant. We have tried to reconcile this with the merchant but they refuse to cooperate and refund the correct amount according to the policy listed on their website.
This is a very deceptive and dishonest merchant. Don't trust them, buy your dresses some place else. By the way, the quality of the dresses may look nice on the internet, but in fact they used very poor quality material.
