Drillingfab - Mark Crush Sold me a pathetic piece of junk called a drilling rig Marquez Texas

In April 2007 via his website advertisements, email correspondence and email solicitations I accepted Drillingfab/Mark Crush's offer to build me a portable trailer mounted water well drilling rig. What we got was and is basically a piece of crappy junk. After many delays/lies I finally took delivery of this so called rig around May 25, 2007 after paying in full $22,175.00 for this rig. This rig also came with a one year warranty. Shortly after delivery we started trying to work this rig and this is where the problems started. I informed Mr. Crush of these problems immediately such as cheap and inferior parts and fittings installed on this rig, poor and inadequate design of the rig, hydraulic functions not working properly, mud pump not working properly, one engine not running properly, old hydraulic hoses used on rig, trailer bending in the middle where drilling mast stands on back of trailer, leveling/stabilizer jack not working properly, drill pipe breaking at welds and the list goes on and on! This rig was rated according to his deceitful and otherwise false advertisements to be able to drill to a depth of 650 feet.

It will never see the day that it will drill this deep the way it is setup with the very small and inadequate mud pump! I have asked him to come over and prove to me that it will drill to 650 feet. I am still waiting for his response on this one. Next, this rig was rated to turn the drill pipe or drill at variable speeds from 0 to 120 RPM's. Another lie. This rig will only turn drill pipe at 49 RPM's with engine running at full throttle! Nearly all drilling rigs built to this day will turn drill pipe from 0 to 200 RPM's! This is a must to drill efficiently and quickly to make money. Next, due to the very inadequate hydraulic system you cannot lift or lower drill pipe while rotating the drill pipe. This is a very serious and critical flaw in the design of this rig. His response was you only need to do one or the other at a time. Any driller with a brain cell left in his head will tell you that you must be able to lift or lower drill pipe while rotating in order to ream the hole out and to possibly help keep you from getting the drill pipe stuck.

After contacting Mr. Crush on numerous occasions informing him that this rig was not performing as he advertised and claimed it would via his website and email solicitations he stopped accepting calls from me. He will not respond to my email messages either. He also went so far as to change his advertisement and claims of performance of this rig on his website right after my complaints started. I have undeniable proof of this fact with a full printout of his website before and after my purchase! I have had to replace and repair just about every fitting on this poorly designed and very inadequately built piece of crap called a drilling rig. This poor excuse for a drilling rig has cost me several thousands of dollars in parts, repairs, fittings, labor and loss of income due to Mr. Crush's very false and misleading claims.


Once again, I have made numerous and repeated attempts/appeals to Mr. Crush to come forward and stand behind his product and claims and help resolve these problems but to this day he blatantly refuses to do anything about this mess. I have all supporting documents to fully and completely support my claims against this company/person including all emails sent and received, phone records in and out, parts bills, repairs bills and every other document needed to prove that Mr. Crush has refused to address my concerns and complaints concerning this piece of junk that he sold me. I will forward via U.S. Mail if desired full and undeniable proof of my claims against this company/individual. I have exhausted myself, my patience and my money with this person for almost four months now trying to get him to do what is right and yet he still refuses. It is time for him and others like him to answer and pay for these pathethic and inexcusable business practices. He has put the very well being and livelihood of my family in jeopardy and I am not going to take it lying down. Remember, I have fully documented and undeniable proof to back up all my allegations/complaints against Drillingfab/Mark Crush.
