This rip off company writes it's own extended plan so you have to bring your car back to them to fix it. I have had my car in the shop over 10 times to fix a squealing problem after they replace an over heated engine. It still squeals and they tell me it's haunted or they never dealt with a problem like mine. It's a 99 Pontiac Sunfire that I bought last year. They treat me like I am their problem. They won't honor their 100% satisfaction guarante that they promise, in fact they won't even give it to you in writing. They let cars drive off the lot knowing they need repairs and have been known to let people take their cars after leaving them for repairs and nothing has been touched on em.

You can't contact the repair department or schedual a repair for your car for weeks at a time! They are rude, disrespectful and have no care if your car is fixed or not. The mail box is full or busy or they have to check with who knows who to schedual a time to fix your car. They also change people there like you change your underpants if not more. I had a tec. person use vile filthy language and they supposedly sent him home for the day. NOT!
